Wasting Waste of Time

Can someone please explain to me why Kid Rock is on the next cover of Rolling Stone? Is he seriously releasing something new? Is he even allowed to do that? I stopped subscribing to them because they were way to liberal for me and the political articles were getting on my nerves but the music articles were usually tolerable. Come on though, is there actually a point to this?
