A Fever You Can't Sweat Out
Shouldn't I have been verbally warned about the potential after effects of fever, chills, headache, irritability, and the most horrible body-aches ever? Having rabies sucks, and I haven't even started drooling yet.

Oops, I don't actually have rabies; I'm just getting the three vaccines for it b/c it's strongly recommended if you are traveling to a high risk area for a long time. Since they technically injected me with the dead rabies virus, I felt really awful.
These are the tales of a NYC-based Anglophile that picked up a future husband while earning an MA in International Relations and went on to work on some completely unrelated pretty awesome video games, has previously studied in Florence, London, and the beautiful Binghamton, stalking bands as often as possible whilst aspiring to go on Jeopardy! having toured much of Europe and Southeast Asia and loves music festivals (both dirty and clean.) Welcome!
